Lots of information and context for everything. She clearly is incredibly knowledgeable and kind, even to other guests who kept interrupting or touching her shoulder and back (which was very inappropriate). Moral of the story is, this tour is great if you want a nice quick intro to Sarajevo like me and also don’t harass tour guides! Be respectful!”
